The preview function does not always become clear since the dialogue window
covers the address block. If the fields in the preview are discovered, the
inconsistent display of one example address on the one hand and three
salutations (Mrs, Mr. and a general salutation) on the other confuses. 
Recommendation: Move the wizard so that it does not cover the the fields in the
document. Do not show the salutations that are not relevant for the recipient of
the example document.
