Description paulbays 2009-05-26 15:39:23 UTC
The ability to drag-and-drop from Adobe Illustrator to Impress (presumably via
Postscript format?) is a very useful feature that mostly works well. This
presents a big advantage over MS Powerpoint which can only import from
Illustrator by rasterising.

However, there is a very specific problem in Impress with dashed/dotted lines
which become solid when imported - if part of a larger piece of vector art they
cannot then be changed back within Impress.

This is more an enhancement than a defect. Reassigned.

Maybe it is just an 'enhancement' but its enough to keep me using Powerpoint.
