Export attached doc to RTF, open in WW -> the inner table is not available anymore

The table is imported in word but not visible. 
Saving the document from word to HTML shows that the content is completely
available.

set target 3.x since not relevant for 3.4 release.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
