The option “nur ganze Wörter†(whole words only) is not the default setting and
too unobtrusive to be applied, even if appropriate. After running the process,
there is no feedback that parts of words have been replaced. This leads to
faulty results.  Recommendation: Make setting 'whole words only' the default
setting. Give feedback how many whole words and parts of words have been replaced.

Will not be fixed. Options set in the extended settings are not visible because the dialog is collapsed by default. So the risk is too high to change this default.
